Orders are dispatched from our warehouse.


Can I Pick Up My Order?

Yes! Make an appointment to visit our Sefton office in Sydney.
Note that we work strictly by appointment, as the office isn’t always open to the public.


Do You Offer After-Hours Pickup?

We sure do! We have a satellite pickup point in Liverpool, Sydney, for
after-hours collections.
Please note that this is a pickup location only, not a display or sales venue. Appointments are required for all pickups.

Why Is My Order Delayed?

While we strive to process orders promptly, delays caused by external factors like storms or courier issues can occur. We provide tracking numbers to help you monitor your delivery. For tracking issues, contact the courier company directly.


What If My Package Is Lost or Stolen?

We strongly recommend opting for Australia Post’s signature on delivery service for added security. Once your package leaves us, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. When you choose the signature with delivery option from Australia Post, and you are not home, you should have the option to send your valuable jewellery parcel to the local post office. This keeps your parcel safe. 
Double-check your delivery address to ensure accuracy, as we are unable to change the address once posted. 


What Do I Do About a Missing Item in My Order?

If an item is missing or incorrect, email us within 3 business days with:

  • Your order number
  • A photograph of the items received
  • Your shipping label
  • Details of the missing item

Our team will investigate and resolve the issue immediately.


Can I Apply Multiple Promo Codes?

Unfortunately, only one discount code can be applied per order. Don’t worry—our system will automatically apply the highest discount available.
