Pre-Order Policy

At SSAV, we aim to make your jewellery dreams a reality! All items on our website are available for pre-order, often in more than one type of metal. If you're seeking something extra special, we also offer customised options upon request.

We pride ourselves on sourcing whatever your creative pursuit desires, ensuring you have access to the perfect materials for your designs. Pre-orders generally take between 2–5 weeks, depending on the item and your specific requirements.

What is a pre-order?
A pre order is the ability to order a chain, charm or any other item and secure the exact quantity before it sells out. You order upfront, pay 50% only for your deposit - and then once we have it in stock, you only have to pay the balance before we ship to you. No extra fees - plus, you get to lock in today's price, with no price increases from the time you confirm your order to the time you receive it.

Why should I use pre-orders?
You sell first. Then you buy.
Less risk. More profit.

Do I need to buy stock upfront?
No.
You only pay 50% to start.

Is there an MOQ?
No MOQ - buy as you need, and as much as you need. All pre ordered chains are available by metres only. Check SSAV’s website for details on quantities or message us for assistance.

How does payment work?
Pay 50% non-refundable deposit upfront.
Pay the rest before we ship to you!

How long does it take?
Usually 7 to 21 business days, as some items are made by hand and require time. The majority of pre-orders for existing products arrive between 7-14 business days. Any delays or unexpected time lines will be communicated to you as it is made known to us.

Can I get more time to pay?
Sure.

All orders are required to be fully paid before the items are shipped to their final customer supplied destination.

Are deposits refundable?
We do not charge any excess pre-order fees, however, as we start on your order right away, any deposits are non-refundable. No change of mind is accepted due to the specific nature of the pre order request.

When can I get a refund?
If the item is significantly faulty.
If it is not as described.
If we cannot supply it - not including shipping or extraneous delays from manufacturers.

Customers note that any refunds may take 5-7 business days from the approval of the refund. All chains must be returned to SSAV for assessment before refunds are finalised. SSAV has the right to cancel a pre-order and issue a full refund of the deposit with no extra fees or compensation in the case of an impossibility to fulfill the order.
