Returns & Exchanges Policy


All orders have a 7-Day Return Window
You can return items purchased from Permanent Jewellery
Supplies and Wholesale for a refund or store credit within 7 days of delivery.
All returns must be approved via email before sending them back.
We can only exchange chains purchased by the metre.
Chains sold by the foot can only be returned if they are faulty or eligible as per Australian Consumer Law 

Condition of Returns:
Items must be in the same condition you received them: unused and in their original packaging (including any gifts).

Return Shipping Cost: SSAV Permanent Jewellery
Supplies and Wholesale does not cover the cost of return shipping unless the items are faulty or incorrect. Items are to be shipped to us securely and with adequate protection. 
You'll need to cover the return shipping cost and provide a tracking number.
After 7 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. 

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we'll process a refund to your original
payment method.
Refunds will be calculated with consideration to any promotional discounts applied to the order.
It may take 2-7 business days for your refund to appear in your bank account.    



Exchanges
We offer store credit for exchanges. After a successful return, we'll issue
you credit via your account. Further steps will be emailed to you after commencement of the return process. All exchanges are final.
After 7 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. 

Gift Exchanges: Gifted items are non-refundable, but can be exchanged for store
credit. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Credit provided on gift cards does not expire

Promotion & Sale Terms & Conditions
Bundles:
 If items are returned together: You'll receive a full refund or store credit for the entire bundle.
 If items are returned separately: You'll receive a proportionate refund or store credit based on the individual items price.

 Order Number
 Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
For gift exchanges, please provide the purchasing customer's full name, email, order number, shipping address, or phone number.


Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
