SSAV Jewellery Wholesale Australia usually uses Australia Post for local delivery and Fedex for international deliveries. While our orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days, shipping times vary according to these third party operators. 

All products are shipped with Aus Post’s signature requirement fee to keep your gold-filled jewellery order safe. Once the parcel leaves SSAV Jewellery Wholesale, we have no control over the delivery, hence we are no longer responsible for the goods.

Local Delivery times:
Australia Post Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
(Usually it’s 1 business day).
Australia Post Parcel Post 2-3 business days.
(Usually it takes 2 business days)

International Delivery Times:
up to 3 weeks, location dependent. All international orders usually dispatched through Aus Post.

Please allow extra consideration around public holidays and sale periods. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any address errors, so please double check that you have provided the correct shipping address.

Freight insurance

You can add freight insurance to your delivery.SSAV Permanent Jewellery Wholesale supplies does not offer freight insurance with delivery unless requested in advance.

No worries! Just make an appointment to meet us at our Sefton office in Sydney.
We work strictly by appointment. Can't make pickup during the day?
No problem! We have a satellite pickup point in Liverpool, Sydney, for after-hours collection and emergency order collection.

Remember, this is just a pickup point, not a display, or sales venue.Therefore, to pick up orders at this location, appointments are necessary here too. Returns & Exchanges Policy

All orders have a 7-Day Return Window

You can return items purchased from SSAV Jewellery Wholesale if they are in their original sale condition, pack size and eligible for returns. Chains and certain materials are ineligible for return due to change of mind.

SSAV Jewellery Wholesale may exercise its discretion to issue a refund or store credit within 7 days of
delivery.

All returns must be approved via email before sending them back.

We are unable to return or exchange any chains purchased due to sanitary and quality issues.

Chains sold by SSAV can only be returned if they are faulty or eligible
as per Australian Consumer Law .

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
