SSAV Jewellery Wholesale Australia usually uses Australia Post for local delivery and Fedex for international deliveries. While our orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days, shipping times vary according to these third party operators.
We strongly recommend purchasing Aus Post’s signature requirement fee to keep your gold-filled jewellery order safe. Once the parcel leaves SSAV Jewellery Wholesale, we have no control over the delivery, hence we are no longer responsible for the goods.

We work strictly by appointment. Can't make pickup during the day?
No problem! We have a satellite pickup point in Liverpool, Sydney, for after-hours collection and emergency order collection.
Remember, this is just a pickup point, not a display, or sales venue.Therefore, to pick up orders at this location, appointments are necessary here too. Returns & Exchanges Policy
All orders have a 7-Day Return Window
You can return items purchased from Permanent Jewellery
Supplies and Wholesale for a refund or store credit within 7 days of
delivery.
All returns must be approved via email before sending them back.
We can only exchange chains purchased by the metre.
Chains sold by the foot can only be returned if they are faulty or eligible
as per Australian Consumer Law .
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging andnot suffered any welds, burns or other usage. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not accept returns of chains purchased by the 'ft'.
